BHARAT SHYAM，Bharat led the development from scratch of Microsoft\'s global platform for commerce and subscriptions for online services including XBOX Live, Office Live, MSN, and Hotmail. He was General Manager of both Windows Azure and Windows and, recently, the CIO of the state of Washington. He has over 25 years of experience building software platforms and leading teams. Bharat has degrees in Computer Science from Stanford University (M.S.) and IIT Bombay (B. Tech)
